DR. MYRNA M. PROFETA
Senior Adviser
Myrna Manguera-Profeta haled in Mogpog, Marinduque. She finished her elementary and secondary at Mogpog South Central School and Marinduque Academy respectively. She earned Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering at Adamson University. She is holder of a degree in Master in Business Administration (Far Eastern University).
Myrna Profeta obtained Doctoral Degree in Public Administration at Manuel L. Quezon University (1982). She also received a Study Grant Award in Cooperative Education at Northeastern University, USA (1995).
She had been the Dean of the two colleges in RTU, the College of Engineering and College of Business and Entrepreneurial Technology. She also served as Director in the Department of Extension Services in the same university.
At present, Dr. Profeta is the Vice President for Academic Affairs in RTU. Prior to her post to the VPAA, she was then the VP for Students Services, Director of the Cooperative Education. She is also a professorial lecturer in the College of Engineering and Industrial Technology and in the Graduate School in RTU.
She served as president of Club Marinduqueno, Inc. and Public Relation Officer of the Philippine Council of Dean’s & Educators in Business.
ENGR. NESTOR M. JAPIS

Nestor Mirhan Japis was born in Mogpog, Marinduque. He finished his elementary at Mogpog South Central School and pursued secondary at Marinduque School of Arts and Trades (now MSC). He earned his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rizal Technological College. He is a holder of a degree in Master in Business Administration (RTU). He is currently completing his Doctoral in Public Administration (Dissertation Writing) at Rizal Technological University.
Currently, Engr. Japis is the Department Head of the Industrial Technology and Engineering Technology Department in RTU.
MS. MYRA LYDIA M. PROFETA
Junior Adviser
Myra Lydia Manguera Profeta is a daughter of Mr. Jun and Dr. Myrna Profeta. She finished Bachelor Degree in Advertising Arts at University of Sto. Tomas. She is currently completing the degree in Master in Business Administration at Rizal Technological University. Ms. Profeta is a professor of Management, Marketing and NSTP Subjects. She is also a member of Club Marinduqueno, Inc.
